My Background
Personal Profile
I am an innovative concert pianist that is on a journey to answer a fundamental question: How does musical performance influence neural empathy-related activity?
I have recently graduated from a B.M. in Music Performance with a Piano Concentration. I came to the United States after graduating from high school at Colegio del Arce in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have been studying piano performance since I was six years old and I have always been interested in the effect that music can have on large communities. During my first two high school years, I noticed how older students were imposing rules over younger students and how this social pressure produced nothing but apathy on all the student community. Therefore, I chose to attempt change that by successfully organizing multiple musical events and music-driven TED talks. After that, I noticed that the students began engaging in conversations and helping each other more. Effectively, I observed that older students started seeking creativity and being the example to follow for the younger ones.
Since I arrived in the United States in 2021, I have enhanced my piano skills under the guidance of top-level professors including Robert Henry, Huu Mai, Judith Cole and Julie Coucheron. Furthermore, I have coded two computational systems, composed 3 scores for short films, written and produced more than 50 songs, and performed for the KSU Wind Ensemble.
My mission is to strengthen the effect that music has on large communities by prompting the audience to be more immersed in musical performances and encourage audiences to be more creative and aim their efforts towards making the experience of life more enjoyable for everyone around them.
